Through slow movement and breath, posture sequencing and focused awareness , Hatha Yoga, lightens, and cleanses us of stress, fatigue and enables us to awaken the subtle energies, which in turn circulate more freely. When the body and mind are cleared of heaviness, centered, and relaxed, we can then fully invest our hearts and minds in the the art of conscious living, infusing this goodness into our daily activities.
